Why do we offer staking?
Staking enables anyone to gain additional rewards for participating in the YottaFlux.ai ecosystem, and our low minimum stake, 100 YAI, reflects our desire to make this truly available to anyone.
Going forward, stay tuned for updates as we work towards launching our marketplace – staking will confer unique benefits to project owners and workers.
We are also well aware that any marketplace of goods or services will face both demand and supply side issues as it builds up a viable ecosystem. Any portion of the block reward set aside for staking that isn’t claimed will be set aside for subsidizing project owners, giving workers bonuses, or otherwise used to grow the YottaFlux.ai ecosystem. Automating this function is part of our roadmap after the marketplace launches.
